Hallo Leute, weiss von Euch einer wie schauts aus für die privaten Firmen in Afganistan aus? Ist es schon einigermaßen sicher zu fliegen? Z.b. für Russen mit MI 8 Hilfspakete und so weiter ausliefern? Gibt es berichte von Unfällen oder änliches.....

Wie du dir sicherlich vorstellen kannst ist es bestimmt NICHT sicher in Afganistan zu fliegen. Zum anderen stellen private Sicherheitsfirmen nur EX-Soldaten die US-Staatsbuerger sind ein.
Zum anderen verlangen die Erfahrungen auf Bell 205, 212,214, S61, Super Puma....

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR TACTICAL ROTORWING PILOTS IN COMMAND (PIC) WITH RECENT COMBAT EXPERIENCE
IPA supports U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency combat tactical missions in Afghanistan via MI-17 aircraft and Flight Crew. IPA is seeking combat pilots with the following MINIMUM qualifications:
* Must have recent military experience
* Minimum 2500 flight hours
* PIC lead status
* Recent combat experience. Recent combat experience is defined as having flown combat missions within the past two years. Combat missions include air support; insertion and extraction; special operations
* Tier One or Tier Two experience is preferred.
* Mi -17 Helicopter experience is preferred but transition training will be provided for candidates that otherwise meet position requirements
* Candidates should display initiative, be able to adapt to change, follow direction and display a team attitude
* NVG Qualified
Our program is based out of Kabul Airport in Afghanistan but crews may also be required to travel to remote locations to support operations or resolution of unscheduled aircraft readiness issues. The typical workweek is Saturday through Thursday eight (8) hours per day for a normal 48 hour work-week. Pilots may be required to provide labor hours in excess of 48 hours per workweek to include holiday and weekends, as well as during irregular times and shifts based upon operations and exercises. Duty hours/shifts are arranged to support mission requirements and operational readiness rate and utilize a flexible work schedule.
Salary will be commensurate with experience beginning at $240K
